HYBRID GAME — Support

An arcade game for hybrid athletes. Eight stations, one finger, one score. Hit the zone, build the combo, hold it together.

Email info@strng.club — we read everything and usually reply within two working days.

When you write in, it helps to include:

  • Your device (iPhone 14, iPhone SE, and so on)
  • Your iOS version
  • Which station you were on when it happened
  • What you expected to happen, and what actually did

Common questions

How do I play? Every station is a timing challenge. Watch the moving marker, tap or hold when it reaches the green zone. The closer to the centre, the better the score. String hits together to build a combo — break it and you start again.

What is ZONE 5? Land enough perfect hits in a row and you enter ZONE 5. The timing window shrinks, the pace lifts, and every hit is worth far more. It's the fastest way up the leaderboard, and the fastest way to lose a combo.

Do I need an account? No. Enter a name and your score goes to the global leaderboard. Nothing else is required.

My score didn't appear on the leaderboard. Scores need a connection to upload. If you played offline, the game holds your score and submits it next time you open the app with a connection. If it still hasn't appeared after that, email us.

I lost my personal best. Personal bests are stored on your device. Deleting the app or clearing its data removes them, and they can't be recovered. Leaderboard scores you've already submitted stay online.

There's no sound. Check the volume, and check the mute button inside the game. If it's still silent, close the app fully and reopen it.

Can I play on iPad? The game runs on iPad, but it's built for iPhone in portrait, so that's where it plays best.

Something is broken. Email us with the details listed above and we'll look into it.

Privacy

We store the name you enter and the scores you submit, so the leaderboard works. That's it. No accounts, no tracking, no ads, and nothing sold to anyone.
